This will feel comfortable talking to others and building their conversion naturally, if they feel awkward give them some time and talk about your feelings.
When someone feels stressed and comes to talk about that please listen to them instead of telling your feelings of the experience. Because that makes them get out of that stressed state. So, tell your feeling to others, that will improve our mental health.

Most of the time the food has a strong connection with what we feel and how we feel. so eat well that means take your food, three times per day at your appropriate time. Because food can also have a long-lasting effect on your mental health. your body needs a lot of nutrients for function. A good healthy diet always keeps you healthy.
